Result:

Everything works includes LAN and Audio.
USB thumb drive also worked.
Problem:

Enable ACPI causes kernel panic and lock from time to time.
Prism and Broadcom based wifi PCMCIA card don't work.
PCMCIA firewire card doesn't work.

Native using dd from Deadmoos VMWare image. Video, Audio worked well. No Ethernet (Broadcom Nextreme GigE), no WiFi, no Bluetooth. Ethernet with PCMCIA RT8139 Card Works!
