ban表示法律或规范规定禁止（程度深）
stop是一般的阻止做
arrive 不及物动词
arrive at接小地点
arrive in 跟大地点
n addition 另外，后接从句
in addition to 除...之外，后接动词ing形式，因为to 是介词，介词后要跟ing形式
