UC知道笔记本出现蓝屏，无故关机,开机一段时间鼠标不动

是一台款式很老的戴尔笔记本，那天用着的时候突然屏幕变成蓝色，上面有英文，以前听说朋友电脑蓝屏，不知道蓝屏的样子是什么。然后就一直这样，我就强制关机了，再开机的时候有时候它自己还有没有完全开就自动关了然后自己会自动再打开，有时候开电脑是没反应，有时候能打开，看起来很正常，但开机没有几分钟鼠标就动不了了，就又只能强制关机。想问下是什么问题？谢谢了，急用啊，要写论文。

看你的描述，我觉得很像是cpu散热的问题，应该是散热风扇出问题停转导致cpu过热引起的蓝屏，还是找笔记本维修的人帮你看看吧。

我觉得应该是硬盘的原因，找个扫硬盘坏道的软件扫下，估计会有问题的。
换个内存试试,可能内存有问题
