UC知道新移民法公证问题

新移民法要求公证的格式和以前不一样了，里面还要求有复印件，以前办的公证还能用吗？

而且学位、学历证书的复印件没有附在里面，请问有没有必要重新办？谢谢

中国的公证一直没有大的变化,除了一些有时效性的公证(如无犯罪,结婚),其他都一直有效的.
补充:你说的这个是true copy,这个是针对在加拿大当地申请人的要求,他们无需做中国的公证,只要在加拿大当地找到律师或其他有签字资格的人为他们出具true copy就可以了.
