大陆和香港, 不都是中国

If not because of fast development in economy at China, I wonder how many people from Hong Kong will say they are Chinese and belong to China. Beside of $, there are still a lot of problems in China and cant compare with developed countries like USA, UK or Canada.

香港属于中国，但是他是特别行政区，香港一直是港人治港，有着高度的自治，甚至，他们有着和大陆不一样的法律，政策，不用参与人民代表大会，他们的行政长官也不是有中央决定的，是他们自己选的

都是中国人，毕竟有特殊历史原因。
