嗯，你的2级缓存低，首先下个360软件管理，把除了杀软以外的自启动关闭，然后关闭自动更新和自动磁盘真理(占c盘又占内存，是vista的话把服务中的volume禁用(是备份频繁读写伤盘)，再个性化将挑为vista基本，这样的话可以啦
