首先回答你后面那一长串问题。这些词都是引导词，是用来接句子的，不存在加什么词性。

先说even if，其引导的状语既可置于句首，也可在句末，even if 所以多接一般现在时，即使对未来条件的预测是也要用现在时表将来。
例：
1.Even if it rains, we go for a walk every day.
2.I am going to expose him even if he is a relative of mine.

in case 跟一般现在时，一般过去时，should+动词原形，具体选择要看主句的时态和意义。其引导的从句置于句首句末皆可。
例：
1.In case the house burns down,we will get the insurance money.
2.Here is a contact number, in case there should be a problem.

on condition that引导的从句一般放在主句后面，多用逗号将主从句隔开。从句时态一般采用一般现在时。
例：You may borrow the book, on condition that you don't lend it to anyone else.

至于in case 引导原因状语从句，本人闻所未闻。

as though 从虚拟语气这个角度来讲，更好理解。
1）指一种臆想的情况。
She closed her eyes as though she were tired.
她闭上眼睛，好像她累了似的。（这里as though she were tired 暗示其实她并不累，只是做做样子）
2）一种真实的情况。
It looks as though everyone has gone home.
看起来，好像每个人都回家了。（这里的真是情况很有可能是每个人确实回家了。）
