我觉得好像有语法错误
首先6 million of 7.7million 这里的of麻烦你看一下原稿，是不是弄错了介词 还有that were added to 这边也确实没错吗？？

或者是我才疏学浅 呵呵

我的语感告诉我是加入的意思
that were added to the economy 做的是jobs的定语
被加入到经济体系中的意思

因为我不是搞经济的人
所以这只是我能力范围内的理解
