我是一名中国大陆的魔兽世界玩家，我代表大陆所有玩家向贵公司投诉，我相信已经不止我一个人向贵公司投诉我们中国大陆地区的魔兽世界代理商：第九城市。该代理不负责任的行为非常得多，例如：账号无辜冻结，他们的解释是违反游戏和谐。但是又出示不了任何的证明~任凭他们的一句违反，就随意冻结玩家账号。已经有很多人遭遇到这种不合理的行为了。另外，所谓的投诉电话，就只是个传真号码~试问，如果家里没有传真机，是不是想投诉就得先买一台呢？没有传真机就投诉不了，这是什么投诉电话？与其这样，那还不如干脆不弄呢！客服电话更是离谱，长时间占线达到1小时左右。我不知道他们是不是真的就只有一台电话机？一个大公司的总机总是占线，那你让我们有困难去哪里说呢？真不知道他们是不是整天抱着电话机聊天~还是在干些什么，总之我们在关键时刻联系不上他们就对了。另外游戏经常出现无法连接服务器和无限掉线的情况。更离谱的是掉线的时候丢了东西，在游戏里联系他们，该公司的GM根本不予理睬~让玩家无限等待。这就是他们对待玩家的态度~还有很多的不合理事件，就不一一举例了。
九城的不道德行为，让玩家伤透了心。试问这样的一个代理商，怎么能留住人心？我希望暴雪公司能听一听中国大陆玩家的心声，或是派人来大陆了解一下情况~不要去找九城了解情况，因为他们是不会承认他们那些可耻的行为的。最后我希望暴雪公司能够考虑更换代理商。魔兽世界（WOW）,是贵公司的经典巨作，深得人心。受到广大游戏玩家的喜爱与好评。请不要让九城毁了贵公司的经典游戏。谢谢
