Cannot Open Configuration File

我打开来宾用户时就弹出: Cannot Open Configuration File!
对话框,把这个对话框打开了之后,又弹出: Cannot Read System
Configuration Information!对话框.
我安装锐捷认证端的时候也是这样提示，来宾账号不能上网，
请问这是那个地方出错了啊!
卸载网卡后又重新装了一遍，还是出现相同的问题，真是没辙了……
我本身帐户是最高权限的计算机管理员，
我想把来宾帐户设置一下，让宿舍的人用来宾帐户上网
运行---输入CHKDSK /F----提示***，输入Y，回车---重启。还是不行，怎么办啊？？？

Cannot instantiate the type Configuration
The method configure() is undefined for the type Configuration
SchemaExport cannot be resolved to a type
SchemaExport cannot be resolved to a type

这个的意思就是说：
1.类型Configuration不能定义方法configure()
2.SchemaExport不能审明一个变量

我想这个大概是你没有将Hibernate的jar包放入classes/lib下面吧，程序找不到就报错了，你再试试
