比如:张,无论如何会读成酱.而且英语中没有音调.读出来还是听不懂.

网上说的,不能准确发成原音.还要自己调.比如
郭,Kwok,但是我建议写成Ghwok只有这样,Gh才能发g的音标.
白,Bye
3,中国人在外面都是从英文常见名中取字的.并不按原中文名.如果有可能,你给老外附一张每个名字的音标在后面.

There are thousands of common English names out there, while there are millions of Chinese ones. And Chinese names can't usually find their best English versions due to the great difference between the two great languages. I have been helping people putting their names from Chinese to English and the other way round. Basically, I do three things to find the best name.
1. Ask the one that wants to turn his or her name into the other language if they want to keep the sound of the name of the source language. If he or she wants to keep the sound or just have a similar sound, just look a name up with the sound.
2. Ask the one whether he or she wants to have the same meaning for the two names. If so, find the best name that has the same or similar meaning.
3.
