电脑为什么突然很卡

我只在玩地下城和看电视局还挂两个QQ，我用360和QQ医生都没查出病毒来。
已经两三天了，而且每天卡的时候时间差不多都一样
以前不这样就这两天这样，用的是PPlive来看电视的

系统垃圾文件太多了，要清理一下
