本人对翻译比较感兴趣，最近翻译的一篇文章当中碰到一些问题，有哪位是比较擅长翻译的，想请教一下。

to leave the boat at once 是锣声要求这些人所做的事

我们站在围栏边，听见船锣响起，提醒还站在夹板上仍然没有马上起航离开小船的人们。
Ship 后面那个who 应该指的是人们吧。
如果who 指代的是ship, 后半句就要译成：船还没有起马上起航离开小船。
还要按上下文的意思推断。

提醒那些不是要随着这船启航的人立刻下船
