在英语中某些实际上是主动的动词形容被动。在这里，write是钢笔的一种性能，可直接说it writes well，没有必要用被动来强调它。类似的还有，the food tastes good!

What about the pen you bought yeaterday?
你昨天买的钢笔怎么样？
lt writes well.l like it very much.
她书写(效果)很好.我非常喜欢它.

lt writes well.强调了一种事实！就要用一般现在时。
再给楼主一个例子：
The teacher said the moon goes around the earth.
月亮围绕地球转，这个也是事实。就要用一般现在时。

A的时态不得，现在完成时应是have|has+pp
