一升级就出来 An error occured while reading the configuration file. piease try to repair the file using Add/Remove programs in the windows Control panel and try again.(1) 问下这是什么意思啊

我认为是防火墙的数据文件损坏了，你可以试试重装后再查查是不是可以了。
