职责描述：
1 负责出款产品新架构的设计，基于SOA思想，使用mq协议和mdb技术，用消息通信机制来取代原来紧耦合的类调用关系，使原来的出款模块变成为可独立部署的服务；使用校验链的设计模式来取代原先的校验方法，通过配置文件注入的方式实现灵活，可拔插的校验； 持久层数据结构的优化等等，完成架构设计和第一期开发，并成功应用于外汇，农信银支付等项目。
2 负责出款产品的优化项目。将原来出款产品的仅支持付款方付费，扩展为支持付款方付费和收款方付费项目。同时优化原先的记账规则，方便用户的同时，使记账更符合财务规范。
3 api付款产品性能优化和安全优化。基于axis开发包的Webservice技术，优化内容包括对大结果集返回前执行压缩。同时将加密方式用des取代md5.
4 其他，负责外汇项目的设计；对风控和清算的技术支持；一些系统遗留问题的解决，如并发和单例导致的脏数据等；异步记账和批量付款提交效率优化等。
