围绕“taking a plane trip"

for the past few years my family choose to fly back to hometown to spend the spring festival with my grandparents. the standards of living in China has been going up these years. it isn't uncommon for us to take flight on a pleasure or business trip. compared with other modes of transportation, flight is much faster and more comfortable. and nowadays it doesn't cost that much either. that is why people like to fly.
but one thing we must keep in mind is flying is not environment-friendly. plane is a huge gasguzzler. and it has massive greenhouse gas emission. so today in those developed countries, peopole are not encouraged to fly too much. maybe we should follow suit
