第一个是对的。第二个2后面不能加S的。相信我选我吧。

量词+hundred/thousand +of +物
表示几百/几千。。。。。（不加S）

没有量词时，+s，表示数百/数千
hundreds/thousands +of sth

所以应该是 2 hundred of students
