“关于借货设备由一个项目转移给另一个项目的操作，目前公司还没有规范的操作流程，我们现在的操作方法是
1、借货设备转出方（德国）把设备转移到葡萄牙前，要完成借货核销流程，也就是德国原有的借货设备通过退货核销的方式核销借货，填写退货核销电子流。但是一定要与代表处物流人员说明，此设备实物不需退回中国深圳，而是把设备发给葡萄牙。当葡萄牙借货合同生效后由德国产品经理通知德国物流部门将设备发往葡萄牙。
2、新的借货方（葡萄牙）走正常的借货流程，产品经理制作合同boq、签订货物保全书、文字说明借货原因、此单借货还必须说明设备不需从中国深圳发货，而是由德国转过来。然后将包含以上信息的申请提交代表处的合同评审人员，他们发起借货的评审，当评审通过后，葡萄牙借货人员通知德国产品经理，要求德国发货。
