In case of failure or default of the CONTRACTOR, the COMPANY shall communicate this to the BANK in the manner specified under point 10 of this Guarantee, and request for an extension of the same Guarantee to be granted for a maximum period of two (2) months. This extension shall expire at an earlier date upon issuance of the FINAL ACCEPTANCE.
The original letter of Guarantee has to be returned to us at the expiry of the Guarantee. However, should this letter not be returned to us, this shall not affect in any manner the expiry terms of the Guarantee set out under point 7 of this letter.
