CISCO AP1200 升级失败求解

本人因升级 CISCO 1200AP，因升级不当，现AP不停重启。
在超级终端中，在1200启动时按CTRL+BACK SPACE，，不能进后台工作。

而且进了后也不会怎样操作，请帮助。
因为我的AP是二手买来的，不能售后服务。
