5. Factory In-process and Final Inspection
The factory must always conduct their own internal 100% In-process Inspections.
At least 15 days prior to the ex-factory Closing date, the RLHZ China office inspection team will conduct random In-process inspections for core continuity programs and programs that have had major defective issues. The inspector will be conducting In-process inspections of goods at the end of the production line for defects found in accordance to LUGGAGE DEFECT table attached. The inspector will advise the Production Line Manager to have an In-process correction made to eliminate repeat of the defect on the assembly line. Goods found to be defective will be destroyed if determined that the defects are not correctable. If In-process findings are not corrected in final inspection, a USD$500.00 penalty will be applied.

最少在货物出厂前15天你们的工作人员必须进行内部检查，看是否有次品，再你们检查完以后，我们会申请专业人士随机检查，如果专业人士检查到次品，那么你方要支付500美金的赔偿费。
货物出厂时间和装运时间不可以改动，如果你方违反，将按照合同赔偿我方违约金。
出货10天，工厂必须要将货物备好，装运7天前 70%-80%的货物要包装完毕。第三方检测人员会再出货4天前给我提供你方产品的质量。
