我觉得应该用这样翻译：
you are holding your own destiny.

或者说:the desiny is in your own hands.

个人认为destiny相对更准确一些。

It is you who control your own fate.

We hold the fate in our hands.

a man's fortune is in his own hand

I do,I decide.
