摘要:我国刑法对于追诉时效制度规定得较为原则，尚有诸多不足之处，本文从追诉时效期限的设置、追诉时效的起算与延长制度等方面进行论述，对我国刑法中有关追诉时效的规定提出了一系列修改和完善建议。
