国外顾客突然不联系了，怎么办

有个国外客户一直很关注我们的产品，一直和我们保持邮件联系，可我们关于产品包装的问题提出另外加包装费时，他就不和我们联系了，请问该怎样询问他的看法
他对我们的产品一直很感兴趣，从去年到现在，一直有关注，而且对之前报价很满意，但他另外提出了要求漂亮的包装，我们说要另收费时，他就不回复了，希望高手能直接给出英文的询问邮件，或者指出问题所在
