背景：手术病人在手术过程中经常有发生皮肤损伤的可能，这给手术后病人造成了很大的痛苦。皮肤的损伤与受压时间成正比关系，我们想了解手术时间超过多久会造成皮肤损伤，于是我们做了这样的一个对比性研究。
目的：探索手术病人的皮肤损伤与手术时间的关系
方法：对600例采用不同手术体位的手术病人进行手术时间和皮肤损伤情况资料的统计，接手术时问长短(1—5h、6—10h、>10h)分成A、B、C3组，观察皮肤损伤程度。轻度皮肤发红，中度有硬结，重度出现水疱。统计数据经sPss统计软件处理。
结果：A、B组相比，B组皮肤损伤率大于A组P<O 05)；A、C组相比，C组皮肤
损伤率明显大干A组P<O．01)。
结论：不论何种手术体位手术时间越长，病人皮肤受损的危险性越大，采取全方位的预防措施，缩短手术时间，可减轻手术患者受压皮肤损伤的程度，进而保护病人安全。
