Abstract: With informationization process of the whole world gradually deepening, the application of information technology has been widely penetrating into various fields of social development. While people are extremely impulsing the productive forces, their dependence on the information network is also increasingly strengthened. But once the security of information system is damaged, not only will the social chaos be generated but also brought about a tremendous economic loss. Therefore, it’s been a commonly social concern to ensure the information safety, which has also become a hot task in information science; as a result, the special course on information safety also acquires widespread concern from all trades of the society.

Presently, there’re so many uncertainties latent in the network environment. Information culture still confronts plentiful threats and risks. The issue on the safety of network information has become a bottleneck to restrain informationization
