摘 要：
本文研究了绿色物流的概念、产生背景及重要价值，并对绿色物流中的供应链管理问题进行的分析。随着社会经济的高速发展，在人类物质文明大大提高的同时，地球上的资源也在日益减少，人类赖以生存的环境也正面临着威胁。在这种背景下，20世纪90年代全球兴起了一股“绿色浪潮”，以可持续发展为目标的“绿色”革命蓬勃兴起，绿色化运动正向各领域渗透。作为一个强综合性和强关联性的产业，现代物流业是各国国民经济的支柱。由于物流量的增加、物流管理的变革以及物流设施和工具的大型化，物流系统对生态环境的影响也越来越严重。在这种背景下，在发达国家诞生了“绿色物流”概念。

Abstract:
This paper studied the concept, background and social values of "Green Logistics", and analyzed problems of supply chain management of the Green Logistics. With the rapid development of soical economy, global resources are decreaseing gradually while human material civilization is developing. The environment human beings relying on is facing menaces. Under this situation, the "Green Logistics" became the new trend in 1990s. With its goal of sustianable development, "Green Logistics" is growing strong and permeating into many aspects of today's society. Being a strongly generalizing and interrelated industry, model logistics becomes a fundamental of domestic economy of every country.
