A shall compensate B for the interest costs on A’S percentage Share of B’s Working Capital related to B’s total Alumina production.

我可以很好的理解英文, 但自己翻中文总觉得不够精确, 请高人用商务语言帮忙翻译一下.

我的翻译:
A需承担其份额内与B氧化铝生产相关的营运费用的利息成本

A和B译成中文时通常会变成甲方乙方。
shall应译作“须”-必须，而不是“需”-需要。

甲方须按其在乙方与氧化铝生产相关的运营费用中所占份额，补偿乙方利息成本。

这也算作法律翻译，最重要的是忠实于原文。

因为A在B的氧化铝生成运营费用中占据一定比例，所以A应该补偿B在该运营费中的利息成本。
