what I mean is that,when our company cancel the registration ,the goverment will request him to supply the paid-income tax certificate.If his foreign income is different from his internals,he will be fined.

what I mean is that, after our company registration is cancelled, the government will request him to supply certification of income-tax payment. If his overseas income is not accordant to his domestic one, he will be fined.

What I mean is that,the goverment will require company show the proof of pay tax in overseas when our company be loged out.
If the income in oversea is inconsistent with in domestic,the company will be fined.

I mean that the government require him to supply the Taxation proof overseas when our company write off, if the income overseas is different from domestic, he will be fined.
