我打开瑞星防火墙，然后想升级，结果出现了这样一个警告,上面写着“An error accurred while reading the configuration file .
Please try to repair the file using add/remove programs in the windows control panel
And try again.
”我该怎么做？

先清除安装目录下的update和temp文件夹中文件和关闭安装的防火墙和其他安全类产品再升级。

你这种情况一般都是发生在升级的时候吧。

如果上面步骤不行的话，重新修复安装瑞星吧。

去查查什么意思在说。。。
