2. 修改与补充

甲乙任何一方不按本协议履行其职责，视为违约，另一方可以提出质疑并要求对方纠正，若对方不纠正，另一方可以提出经济赔偿或中止协议要求，赔偿额不少于实际损失额。若通过仲裁机构解决时，新产生的诉讼等费用由败诉方承担。
