不过改为这样会好一点:

I'm a naughty student with glasses who isn't good at sports.

I'm a naughty student who with glasses,doesn't do well in sports.
我觉得应该是这样

我觉得你这句话有点别扭。如果后面用定语从句，前面的a naughty student则应改成the naughty student.
