A Letter to Mother Earth

Dear Earth:

Hello! Are you OK now? Oh, this is our mistake. Today, I’ll say“sorry”to you!

I used to use your“hair” to make chopsticks and let you be a bald. Also the birds don’t have their home. You’re angry, so you give us strong wind and sand every spring. I often forget to close the tap. Let your throat husky. So you hide the water under the ground deeply. I littered to trash to dirty you “face” and trampled grass, too…

Earth, I’ll say:“Sorry!” From now on, I’ll preserve you. Let you not be angry. I decide not to lose paper. Let you have new green“long hair”. I’ll close the tap. Let you have rich water. I’ll never litter trash. I’ll preserve the flowers and grass.

Earth, I will work hard, I’ll become your preserver to protect you. Earth, believe us, please! We can let you be more beautiful.
