第六十六条 在协议生效后，如果中华人民共和国颁布新的适用的法律和法规，或者对现行的适用的法律和法规进行修改，双方均应当遵守和执行。如果由于执行新的或修改后的适用的法律和法规，使任何一方的经济利益受到重大损失或者使履行协议发生困难，双方应尽快协商，采取有效措施，以便保护双方合理的经济利益。
