●专业及课程设置因素。由于我国高职院校没有形成自身办学特色，大部分专业和课程均是由普通高校衍变而来，离市场的需求有一定差距，特别是课程设置方面差距更大，“知识本位”的特点明显，理论课程偏重，而实训实验课偏少。近几年教育部已明确提出，高职院校要重视实践教学，但是，只能慢慢转变，因为，这牵涉到教林、师资、设备条件等诸多因素的制约。

Because our higher vocational colleges and schools haven’t their own features, most majors and courses come from the regular high schools, which is far beyond the market demand, especially in the aspect of course setting. They have more theory courses and less practical ones with the “knowledge-centered” feature. In recent years the Ministry of Education has clearly pointed that the higher vocational colleges and schools should put emphasis on practical teaching. However, it has to be transferred gradually as it is restricted by many factors such as years of teaching, teachers’ abilities, equipment, etc.
