Devanning charges is not supposed to be charge to us as consignee. Since the shipment is LCL which means the container consist of many container with different conisgnee and this devanning charges occur between forwader because they have to unload the container to separate each container from each consignee, so why we have to absorb the cost ?

Pls note that other forwader never charge us the devanning charges, fyi. Pls check and cfm clear on this matter.
