It says that we should pay attention to magazines when we are reading,its a good job for every reader i think.And we cant bring pencil and pen here to draw or write something on the book.when you finish your reading,you are not allowed to take the books away or you'll be punished.we have to keep quiet here,we cant make loud noises.we are also not allowed to smoke here,you know smoking is destroy the envirenment and its bad for our health.we have to be dressed neatly,we cant get inside with slippers.
