在收到款项及courier number info 后我们会马上帮你寄出
另外还有要加 如果收到签回并确认订单, 样品费用我们会从订单上扣除退还

All the samples are ready now, pleased find enclosed the sample invoice. Because the samples are too many, so we are sorry, we must ask you to pay us the charge of samples. Thanks for understanding me. In the meantime, please tell me your courier number for me to send you the samples without any delay upon we receive your payment for the samples.

If you can confirm our samples and if you can give us the order, we will deduct the charges of sample from the order.

Your samples are ok now. But because there are so many styles of samples, we are afraid to get some sample fee from you. The sample fee is about USD XXX. Pls don't worry about this money, if the order is comfirmed, we will return the sample fee back to you.

The attachment is the Sample invoice, pls so kindly check it. By the way pls supply us the courier number in front. When we recieve the sample fee and the infro about the courier number, we will send the sample asap.
