disburse和pay的区别

pay一般用于普通的付账啊，买单啊什么的
比如
I will pay the dinner.这顿饭我做东哦。
He paid the telephone bill.他吧电话账单给付了。

disburse呢是强调为一项事业而支出或分配的资金，比如
disburse a large amount of money for education
支出大笔资金搞教育
