从前有一个乡下人来到城里，他看见菜场里有卖猪蹄，就问：“你在卖人的大腿！？”那个卖菜人就说：“这不是人的大腿，这是猪蹄。”那个乡下人知道了，原来城里人管人的大腿叫猪蹄。
乡下人又来到了超市，发现货架上有卖番茄酱就惊呼：“为什么人的血会放在瓶子里拿出来卖！？”售货员告诉他：“那不是血，那是番茄酱。”那个乡下人明白了，原来城里人管血叫番茄酱
他走出了超市，来到了一座居民楼前，看见一对夫妻在吵架，女的骂男的：“你这个王八蛋！”男的骂女的：“你这个傻子！”乡下人一听就明白了，城里人管男的叫王八蛋，女的叫傻子。
乡下人刚要过马路，发现路中间发生了一起车祸，一个男的骑着摩托车撞到了一个女的，那个女的大腿上流了很多血。于是那个乡下人就报警了，在电话中说：“喂，警察。这里发生了一起事故，一个王八蛋撞到了一个傻子，那个傻子的猪蹄上留了很多番茄酱。”
