现在我妈妈要参加全国专业技术人员职称外语等级考试
考试的主要内容是阅读
但是，因为工作和年龄的关系
她已经十多年没接触英语了
而且现在记忆力也不像以前那么好
要在一年内攻下考试
好像有点困难啊

Your mother is actually taking a test that is requiring her to read but not write, therefore I think that website is not useful because it is more focused on vocaulary. I strongly recommend her to read more english to chinese translation book. There are books like that, with page to page translation. If it is affortable, buy an electronic dictionary.
