这里用eat 还是 eating 顺便也说说他们的用法很难取别啊！

eat
see sb. do表示看到了某个人做的整个动作，强调结果。
eg. I saw her cross the street.我看到她过马路了。
see sb. doing表示看到某人正在做某事，强调过程。
eg. I saw her entering the room.我看到她正走进屋来。
当然如果被动，也可以用see sth. done
I saw all the dishes washed.我看到所有的盘子都洗了

EATING

eat.
前面有情态动词can，就说明不是正在看。而且这是从宏观上讨论问题，所以不存在非一般时态，只能用一般现在时原型。

see ... do sth 看见了全过程

see ... doing sth 看见了一下子

所以这里用eat

hear也是这麼用的
