我比较喜欢在小公司工作

Organizations big and small all have their own pros and cons as a work environment. A big organization normally is more secure, while a small one is more nimble. My preference is to work in a small organization, for a simple reason: it's more fun.

I worked in a small company once. People were close, and during the short breaks at work, we had fun talking and laughing. Friday afternoons were paper airplane contest time --- We would each make a paper airplane, launch it out of our 20th-story window, and see which one could fly the longest distance or even land on the building top across the street. (This contest is not very environmental friendly, I know :-) On top of the fun, the work itself was interesting. This kind of small organization is the best to work at, I think.
