双重所有格后面的谓语是用单数还是复数？

是不是第一个后面谓语用单数，第二个用复数？

后面的所有格与前面的单复数完全没有关系

这不是单复数的问题。
比如说Tom的一个朋友，是a friend of Tom's
说Tom的几个朋友时 ，是some friends of Tom's.
