体育运动在全世界都很流行，人们也很喜欢看体育运动比赛.体育明星身受人们喜爱，尤其是学生们几乎每天都有体育比赛，但最著名的是奥运会.每位运动员都有渴望在比赛中获胜,那时所的体育进行都会坐在电视机前观看甚至去体育场观看。体育运动如此流行的原因是运动能保持身体健康也帮助我们变得强壮，还帮助我们保持良好优美的体形.

　　People all over the world take part in different kinds of sports, such as football, basketball, walking, swimming and so on. They also like to watch sports matches. Besides, sports stars are very popular with people, especially young students.
　　There are sports matches nearly every day in the world, but the most important and famous are the Olympic Games held every four years. In the 2008 Olympic Games held in Beijing, athletes like Phelps and Bolt attracted the attention of people all over the world.
