Speaking of the fact that more and more families are rushing into "empty nests"(homes where the elder are left to live by themselves),there are always conflicting opinions coming out.
Some express their worries about these elderly parents and that whether they are able to look after themselves properly.
Some are concerned about their needs being ignored."What if they get sick?Will anyone be in time for them?"they asked.
That bothers me too.In my opinion,we should sort this out in the traditional way;namely,the elder should stay with their grown-up kids.
Just as what they used to do with us,we should in return take good care of them now that they've grown old.Proper company is going to do them good both physically and mentally.
