长期以来,我国供暖系统的自动化发展速度缓慢,没有从根本上实现自动化监控和管理,供暖温度控制方法不够合理,导致我国供暖行业不仅住宅的热舒适性比较差,而且供暖能耗也比较高。解决这一问题的根本途径,就是提高供暖系统控制的自动化,制订合理的控制方案,从而达到提高供暖质量,节约能源的目的。
本文针对这一现状,结合北京海信达公司锅炉供暖控制系统开发的工程项目,在对供暖系统组网方案进行分析的基础上,设计了一套基于PCD控制器的锅炉供暖控制系统。该控制系统以PID控制、偏差控制为理论基础,以温度补偿控制和分时控制为温度调节策略,采用工控机+PLC结构,以研华IPC610工业控制机作为上位机,以瑞士思博公司PCD2.M170为下位机,双方通信采用TCP/IP通信方式。该系统的上位机监控软件采用微软公司的可视化开发平台Visual Basic6.0开发,下位机控制程序采用SAIA公司的PG5编程软件设计,在软、硬件的配合下,主要完成了温度的PID控制、锅炉、泵启/停控制、参数设定、报警、报表记录查询等功能。
