1、Introduction:（犹太人博物馆 ）

Jewish Museum was built in 1993 to 1995, show there are Jews in Germany, nearly two thousand years of history. Architect Daniel Libeskind said his design for the "Between the Lines" (two lines / lines). Building collapse on many occasions, consistent planar zigzag lines arranged in a straight line by a group of blank space ( "voids") interrupt. These blank space on behalf of the vacuumthe Jewish people and culture in Germany and Europe after the devastation left behind, the gaps will never be able to extinction.

Daniel Libeskind(丹尼尔·里伯斯金)1946年出生于波兰一个纳粹大屠杀幸存者的犹太人家庭。他的双亲以及10名兄弟姐妹都经历过奥斯威辛集中营的迫害，最后只有其父和一个姑妈熬过苦难，得以幸存。1959年，当时年仅13岁的利贝斯金德跟随家人迁往以色列，以后又乘船移民美国，来到纽约。利贝斯金德在纽约读完中学后，进入大学先学习音乐，后来转到建筑系。毕业后，利贝斯金德以德国柏林为基地，组建了自己的建筑设计所。
他曾于北美、欧洲、日本、澳洲及南美各大学教书与演讲, 1986年他曾指导位于意大利米兰的私人公益建筑机构「Architecture Intermundium」, 曾任教于哈佛、耶鲁、伊利诺、南加大、德国汉堡学院等大学。
Daniel Libeskind的创作不仅是建筑, 亦被视为艺术, 其展览遍及欧洲、以色列、日本与美国, 轰动一时的纽约现代美术馆MOM
