各位看看这些是什么意思。每次都自己关闭电脑，屏幕蓝屏。只能从新启动才可以，而且一天好几次。大家帮忙看看，在此多谢了。

Press F8 to select advanced strartup options ,and then select safe mode.

他说的是，一个比较问题出现，没法自动解决，为了保护电脑硬件，他就自动停止运行了。
如果说这是你第一次见到，重启。
如果说以前发生过，就这么做：
检查硬件或者软件改动，如果是新近的，问你的硬件或软件制作商。
如果问题继续，卸掉任何新装的硬件改动。或者进安全模式关闭组件。
按F8选择模式。
后面是停机码，为啥停的。
这些看懂，没啥用，你试试看看电脑温度，可能是温度过高引起的，如果不是看驱动，看内存硬盘，还不是就重装吧。
重装系统试下吧，如果偶尔蓝屏重启进行硬件检测后一般会好的。这经常地比较严重，重装系统吧。
